Best massage we've gotten by far. Cathie was amazing. Very professional and polite. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

Cathie is amazing! She gives the most phenomenal prenatal massages. I look forward to them every week. She is very attentive, sweet and she has strong hands for being so petite. Don't waste your time with other massage places that charge an arm and a leg or want you to sign a 6mo-1yr contract. Ridiculous! Just call Cathie at Grand Centre. You won't be sorry!

Our Goal
The basic goal of Grand Centre Massage is to assist the body in healing itself and to increase health and well-being of all our clients in a relaxing, simple environment with no hassles and no contracts. Let Grand Centre Massage be your go-to place for your massage!

Massage has been described as “the healing touch”.Often referred to as bodywork or somatic therapy, massage therapy refers to the application of various techniques to the muscular structure and soft tissues of the body.

It consists of a group of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body, using primarily the hands. The massage therapist can also use other areas of the body, such as the forearms and elbows.

These techniques affect the musculoskeletal, circulatory-lymphatic, nervous, and other systems of the body.
